The Chateau sits on a hill top near Eymet, in the Dordogne. The Chateau provides very comfortable accommodation with the Main House (sleeps 6) and Guest House (sleeps 10). There is an indoor badminton court and table-tennis room in the barns in addition to the tennis court and heated swimming pool with changing room all within the grounds of Lauzanac. Our guests have exclusive use of all these facilities.
The Guest House has been lovingly restored to preserve the character and history of this chateau with exposed beams, stone walls and terracotta floors. It offers very comfortable accommodation for 10 people.
The accomodation comprises of a kitchen, breakfast/dining room, large sitting room and a study. There are five bedrooms, one of which has a king size bed, two bedroms with two large twin beds and two twin rooms with standard size single beds. There are three modernised bathrooms with showers, one of which is en-suite. There is a shaded terrace for eating outside with views across the countryside.
The main house has a large kitchen well equipped for catering for 16 people, a lovely large dining/sitting room with a wood burning stove and stunning views of the surrounding countryside. On the top floors there are three large double bedrooms all en-suite.
